triple negative with liver met

this is a two fold question: I have just been diagnosed with triple negative with a solitary liver tumor, no mets anywhere else. This was before I started chemo, which I am starting today (taxotere and cistoplatin). anyone else in this spot and also does anyone know about liver resection for single tumors and how effective. I need info......

    Go for it! I have heard of it used for metastatic colon cancer. I would do it.

    I see that you were diagnosed in March. Can you fill us in on what treatments you have had since then?
