...about cisplatin---this is my fifth cycle of gemcitabine/ cisplatin (about 1/2 hour  drip for each one)--- and I'm not nauseous!!...??

maybe your dose is higher..?

Don't you take one  ondanzatrone--and then more of dexamethasone for side-effects..?
