2nd primary - ER postive

I have a friend who was diagnosed about 3 years ago  - she recently had recon and a lift/reduction.  After surgery bc (a new primary) was found in "good" breast.

docs want to start chemo immediately.  She has had AC T already  - what types of chemo options does she have now?

Any other words of advise would be great.

    Hard to know what chemo, if any, she'll need. Sometimes none is needed if the tumor is small and the OncoDx test is low. So, with the limited info given, it's impossible to say. But it's likely NOT to be what she's already had--she's probably reached her lifetime max for those drugs.

    Hope she does okay with whatever she's facing.
