Prayers Needed for my Mom

My Mom is a two time survivor of breast cancer. She has just been recently dx with kidney cancer and two types of bladder cancer. As soon as she gets the ok from her heart Dr. they will be removing her kidney. Her Dr. has sent for a second opinion at Mayo about the two types of bladder cancer. He says that this is very rare. I think that he is top notch and my Mom is in good hands but this is a very hard surgery and my Mom needs all the prayers and good thoughts you can give her. She hads had a lot of hard knocks over the years and she is my hero. She is taking it really good. Better than me and my sister I think.

I'm sorry that I don't post but I do read alot and keep all in my prayers.

Beth, Indeed. Your mom has been thru the wringer. Life on this planet is not based on fairness, as your mom's story illustrates. Thank heavens she is in good hands with her medical team. Thank heavens she has you & your sister to support her & reach out for additional prayers.

I will add your mom's story to my prayer list. I walk and pray and think and pray and read and pray and chew and pray..... it's kind of a continual story with me..... perhaps not exactly 'traditional' praying (tho I am capable of that) but it works for me.

Know that you are not alone. Please keep us posted.
