Air Filled Breast Forms and Nipple Prosthetics

Options
I am a nurse and had a double mastectomy for DCIS a year ago.I searched and searched for something to help me feel better about the way I looked, and I found this wonderful person who makes nipple (and breast) prosthetics- he is an anaplastologist and he makes nipples that really look real.  They are much better than the Reforma ones (I tried those too)He also makes breast forms that are filled with air- has anyone tried those or heard of them?http://www.customdme.com/Breast.html My story and picture is on this website:  please check it out and ask your surgeon about it.  You will be glad you did :-)https://www.nippleprosthetics.com/Pam

    Hi Pam,

I've seen the nipples and they're amazingly lifelike. If anyone's interested in having attachable nipples, this is an excellent product. The adhesive is apparently medical grade and very well tolerated. The owner of the company says they can be left on your skin for multiple days. The nipples are custom-made, though, so are not inexpensive.

I'm also looking into the air-filled breast forms. I'm always looking for new breast form options that are lightweight and comfortable to feature on my non-profit website, BreastFree.org. I will report back once I've had a chance to try the air-filled forms.
