Hi Rikaren,
If you're refusing treatments it's still a good idea to see doctors or specialists for tests, diagnosis and to inform you of your options.
I had ILC (lobular) like you and it had grown large and spread to my lymph nodes as it was hard to find till I had other symptoms. I had a double mastectomy as I wanted to take all the preventive options I could. Have you had surgery yet? Do you know what size or stage the cancer is or was?
You sound scared of treatment as we all are. If you keep posting on BC.org you'll find the ladies are very supportive and helpful. The ILC section is good as they all have the same thing as us but at different stages. The women here will help with any treatment fears.
Unfortunately there are no natural treatments that are known to cure cancer though we try our best on this alternative area to keep it at bay by getting as fit as possible and eating foods and taking supplements with anti-cancer properties. Unfortunately there's no way of knowing if they're helping as there's no test to find out if we have a new cancer growing or hibernating.
Most of us on this alternative site are looking for ways to avoid harsh drugs but accept that we need the initial medical treatments with as much help to overcome the side effects and boost our immune system as we can find out about. Someone will know which supplements to take with the various chemotherapy drugs and which to avoid so you can make it easier for yourself if you decide to take the chemo. Have you read the book by David Servan-Schreiver, Anti Cancer: A New Way of Life? He was a trainee specialist when he found out he had brain cancer. He did the traditional treatments but also researched and used healing foods. He had a recurrence but beat that too and now has survived over 20 years (I think) from having a deadly cancer. It's an informative and inspiring book.
You can send and receive personal messages (PM) to anyone using the 'Private Message' tab at the top of the page which means you don't need to leave your email address on public display.
Cancer is a scary diagnosis and you need to get emotional help, preferably from someone who will not judge you but accept your feelings and let you express them.
Best wishes and lots of hugs.
