Nodes lit up after 12 weekly Navelbine and Pet Scan

    Hi ladies.  Well I just spoke with my Onc. about my scan results.  He said my muga scan came back great.  Now the pet scan is showing no organ involvement but a few lymph nodes lit up. So now I get to wait until Friday to go over the path report with him.  I just finished 12 weekly navelbine/herceptin treatments so not sure where I go from here. My last pet scan showed one node involved but it was removed before I started this chemo cocktail.  Any insight to what might be next would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks Sheri- I will know more tomorrow.  The waiting is the worst part. This last recurrence jumped to one underarm lymph node on my good side and it was removed with surgery. My first diagnosis they removed my SNB and 4 additional nodes on the cancer side. These buggers are at least staying local and not traveling where they are not allow!.
