Breast form

Options

Hi,

My mil sadly died from breast cancer last year.

About two years before this she was given the all clear after treatment and a mastectomy. At this time she got a breast form from Truelife and didn't wear it hardly at all. She was 88 and didn't see the point at her age!

Anyway I wondered if there were any ladies that would find it useful? It is boxed and has its own soft fleshtone pouch but I don't know what size it is. Should I weigh it as a guide perhaps? The box says SOLIGHT and a code of 933-05

If anyone does want it they can have it for free.

Sorry if I shouldn't post this but it seems such a shame to just throw it away.

Regards

Carol

It's nice of you to offer. The size is usually a number (1 to 12 or so) and might be on the side of the box (perhaps the "05" means size 5). If no one here is interested, perhaps your local hospital's cancer center could pass it on to someone in need. Silicone forms are expensive, so someone without insurance might very much appreciate it.

Edited to say Madalyn's post below is a good idea!
