elevated ld levels

Routine 6 month check up with the onco. Had blood work and physical exam. I told her about some pain I have been having in my shoulder and she didn't seem to concerned and to be honest I wasn't really all that worried as I have been remodeling our house and physically working hard. I got a call from the office and they said that my ld levels are elevated and to have them rechecked in 6 weeks. Of course the first thing I did was google this and now I am officially scared. The onc said we  could do a bone scan before the blood recheck but I said I would wait.

What else would cause a higher than normal ld level? Any info is greatly appreciated
