Redness 2 yrs. after rads

I finished rads Jan. 08. Woke up this AM and breast was noticeably red and warm to the touch. It's always been redder but not like this. No soreness or swelling. Could this be an infection? Anyone else have this happen a couple years out? I have a call into my onc.
