Lymph Nodes

Hi everyone.....

 Did any of you have swollen lymph nodes in your underarm and if so did it hurt all the time or just when raising your arm? 

 Here is my issues....my breast has been red for over year--no swelling, it doesn't hurt, it just has all these little red broken blood veins on it. My primary care looked at it at my annual physical while doing my breast exam.  She said it didn't look like anything and seemed to be a skin issue---mammogram was clear.  Since it didn't seem to get any worse, I simply forgot about it--except for the spells I would have when I got all worried and convinced I had breast cancer. After  year, would I be having more symptoms of IBC, if that is what was causing the redness? I worry about my health constantly......Last month I was convinced there was something wrong with my heart, had an ER visit and a 2 day hospital stay for test, all the blood and heart tests--everything normal...just my worrying.

 For the last week I have been having a mild pain in the arm pit and rib cage area when I raise my arm..it honestly feels muscular but I am starting to freak myself out about it being breast cancer that has spread....I know the simple thing would be to go back to the doctor but I have somewhat of a doctor phobia...I am just a mess!

Thanks for the response Bonnie!  I am having the rib pain and swollen lympth nodes on the right side--the same as my breast that is red.  The pain in my side pretty much cleared up-then yesterday I was moving boxes because we are moving and it started hurting again.  I am pretty sure it is muscular or psychological   I know this a dumb question but how can you really tell by touch if your lymph nodes are actually swollen?  The area that is concerning me is the..let see how to explain...you know when your arm is down and you have the fat area that always hangs over your sleeveless shirts...I am a big girl so I have that problem --well when I raise my arm I think that area looks larger than the other side----it  has been sore too but I am sure that is from all the finger poking attention I have been giving it lol
