Pain During Rads

Hi all,

I'm Sharon and mostly have been posting on the Stage III site, but thought you all might be able to help me.  I just had #21 of 30 today.  The last week or 2 I've had a lot of pain under my arm where the lymph nodes were removed, and some in the breast area as well.  I also have had aching and pain radiating into my ribs/stomach area.  I just had a follow up bone scan that came back clean, but not a PET or a CT since right after surgery.  What concerns me the most is the LN area is puffy, almost pebbly feeling, like inflamed LN's which of course between that and the pain I keep worrying it's a recurrence.  My rad onc checked the area and says he thinks it's just the healing process and for me to draw a diagram and keep track of any changes.  SHEESH, I know they don't like to order scans too often but do you all think one is in order at this point???

Has anyone else experienced this?
