Pathological Complete Response (PCR)

I had a double mastectomy on March 1, 2010.    I did neoadjuvunct (sp) chemo, 4 A/C and 12 Abraxane.  I then had the double mastectomy and right now I am doing radiation and have 8 left to go.   Before surgery I knew I had 1 node that had micromets.   After my surgery (which was after chemo) there was no cancer in the breast and no cancer in the 4 lymph nodes they took out.  Therefore, I had a pathological complete response and this is supposed to be fantsatic!   I'm just wondering if anyone else out there had this.  Does this increase your changes of staying cancer free?   I'm triple negative as well.   I've heard it increases your change of the cancer NOT coming back if you've had PCR.  What are your stories or thoughts?

I had it two, but I had at least 2 nodes pos.  I am in a trial, and my trial Dr has kept a list of his patients that he's about to publish.  Cant remember the exact numbers, but something like 149 with CPR 9 relapses in seven years.(might have been less)  He said it gives you about a 98 percent rate of not relapsing or something.  You should feel very pleased :)
