Help would be SO appreciated!!!!!!

I did not know where to go to seek some help. I am a 37 year old wife and mom of three. You can see my signature below. Here is my story. I had double mastectomy 5/21/2009. I started chemo June 2009, completed it Nov. 2009, Did 32 radiation treatments which I completed on 2/05/2010. I did have a clear pet scan on 12/14/2009. We did that right before radiation started. Well about two weeks ago I started having shoulder and neck pain. It is SO deep. It hurts to breathe. I was scheduled to see my Oncologist next month and her standard protocol was to do scans before that appt. I called them and said hey I am in pain. They moved the scans up and I did those yesterday. It was a ct of head,neck,chest,abdomin, and pelvis. I did a bone scan also.....

Got the phone call this morning that NONE of us ever want to get. I was told all was well EXCEPT the chest. She said I have a mass in my left chest wall. They also said there look to be two involved nodes. The nodes are the medistinal (sp) node and left mammary node. I was in SHOCK. I said SO SOON. She said yes VERY STRANGE IT IS. She said I would have BET MY HOUSE THESE SCANS WERE GONNA BE OK......

She told me the mass on the chest wall looks to be 4.5 X 1.5 cm.......

The original tumor in my breast was 4.7 cm......

I will do this biopsy on Friday.......but we ALL know the ramifications of this HORRIBLE disease. I just needed to know if there was ANYONE that has experienced this. I am now gonna pull myself together before my kids walk in and see me LOOSING it........
