Hi gals, I just wanted to share that I did this walk/run with my 5 year old daughter this weekend. It was amazing!! I had the chance to see Dr. Slamon when we started the walk which was great. We walked with good friends and had such a fun time. One of the best parts was when we were nearing the finish line inside the historic L.A. Coliseum. We had to walk through one of the tunnels leading into the Coliseum grounds. What an amazing feeling!! Anyway, it was great and if anyone has the chance to do this walk and has never done it, please consider it. It's a great cause, helps support women's cancers. Have a wonderful day!

Good for you!  I'm kind of jealous.  Right now I just can't imagine making it 5k even with major rests.  I'll get there again, though.  I am looking forward to the relay for life and doing my survivor lap.  It will be with some great people from work and a couple of fellow survivors.
