itchy little bumps

I have these itchy little bumps that have appeared on my chest, mainly underneath my breast (in or near the fold) or between the breasts.  I have had them before and thought nothing of it, because they eventually went away.  When I saw the rad onc last week, I showed them to her and she said they were blocked sweat glands and that they can be caused by radiation.  They are on both breasts, though, radiated and non-radiated.  They are intensely itchy.  Has anyone had a similar experience?

I am currently taking radiation every day.  I also have some very itchy red bumps which I asked the radiologist about yesterday.  They are on my breast and at my shoulder blade.  He said to use cortisone cream and it has really helped.
