Breast cancer walk

I just got back from my 1st B.C Walk and I feel wonderful!  It was the Susan G Kormen-Mother's day walk here in Minnesota.  There was a Hugh crowd of people!  Anyone who has been to one of these events-THANK YOU. Anyone wondering if they should go to a walk like this-go-it was very touching to me. Smile

    They had the walk here in Salt Lake City on Saturday.  I signed up, was on a team, got the t-shirt and then was unable to attend because of a horse riding injury.  Last year I was in the middle of chemo and was too tired.  I really do hope that next year I get to walk.  I am glad to hear of positive experiences.

    Most of the feedback that I have received of the walk here is that way too many people due to the lack of parking facilities.

    Janice,

    Our Race for the Cure walk here in Phoenix will be on10/10/2010.  The weather is beautiful and the walk is held downtown walking by many cool vinatage homes.  I've done the walk for the last 3 years and am really looking forward to this one.  You are more that welcome to join me.
