Implant vs Diep? BRCA +

 Hi all

Is anyone out there deciding IMPLANTS vs DIEP after finding out that thay are BRCA +?  What is factoring into your decision?  I know many are not candidates for Bi Mx and immedicate DIEP (and still trying to find out if I am a candidate) but wonder if anyone was able to go directly to the DIEP surgery with Bi Mx as many BRCA + have done..

IF you had this done, would you do it again, or recommend to your own other family member if needed?
