First zometa today

I was a little surprised at how difficult it was to be back at my oncologist's--in the chemo room. Got very depressed for the day. My onc told me to double my calcium and D yesterday and so far I am side effect free--fingers crossed it stays that way--

    Christine,  I felt the same way going for my first Zometa infusion.  Being back in the chemo room was a downer.  At least the infusion only took 15 minutes for me, so it was good to get right out of there.  You just reminded me to take my Vit D and Calcium.  I forgot the last 2 days!
