Anybody diagnosed With DCIS From Calgary

Hi,

My mother has been diagnosed with DCIS grade 3 from the core biopsy report. Doctor has recommend Lumpectomy with radiation. He also want to do Sentinel lymph Node Biopsy. we are confused for the SNB. Should we go for second opinion. Is there anybody from Calgary who can give me information from their experience.
