    Hi everyone, my mom was diagnosed 2 weeks ago and ive been trying to find somewhere that i could get advice and the likes. Im finding it tough being away from home as im in my final year of college..finals start next week. My mom has caught it early but still the thoughts that are there are not pleasant. Its not something I ever thought I would have to face but this is life, gotta roll with the punche. I guess i started this post for people who are going through similar. If you have any tips for me to help her cope id really appreaciate them.

    I'm right there with you, I'm 22 also.  It's definitely rough, but I'm here for you -- we can exchange info if you want and exchange stories and just be there for each other.  I don't know everything about it yet, since my Mom is just starting her treatments, but since we're in similar stages with it, perhaps we can help each other deal with it.  I wish you and your Mom the best.
