Search box for existing titles

I've been to other boards where there is a search box so the same question isn't asked several times. For example, by putting in a title "Nipple Sparing Mastectomy with immediate reconstruction" ...If a similar subject already exists, the questioner can read the existing questions without needing to wait for posters to answer. This way someone who needs instant answers can acquire great information, suggestion and opinions by ladies from personal experience.

Does this make sense?

Hopefully its OK to suggest another search feature on this thread? 

Am I missing something or can we not do boolean searches on this site?

Id love to hear some feedback on this thread. Theres SO much valuable information on this site, but you simply cant find it without getting a HUGE amount of results ... then you get bogged down. It is my experience, if I put in more than one word it will pick up both words individually, not as a phrase, thereby giving you many hits that you dont necessarily want. I think a decent search  feature is one of this most IMPORTANT features of a website. I really really hope something will be done soon!
