Taxol x12 & more rads for chest wall recurrence?

I had the reexcision for the mass a week ago and he got clear margins and was able to close it up. Back into the onc office today and he wants me to do chemo again (this time taxol x12) and possibly more rads (did 33 of whole chest/armpit last time). Any thoughts? Anyone had similar stage/situation and what did you do? I have only been out of treatment for a year and I'm just not convinced this is going to be any more successful than it was for me the first time.Thanks for any opinion on this.
