    It's a real tragedy  - it's like the "agent orange" fiasco the military isn't likely to allow research that would put them in a dark light - at least not for many more years - until after most of the soldiers (and dependents are gone)...  Or "Love Canal" it took the government years and years and a great deal of pressure before they drew a circle around the area and removed humans - how many children died of blood cancers before they finally decided there was a problem at all..  to this day it is still toxic there and that was in the 60 or early 70 if memory serves. This needs a law firm that specializes in class action work and they don't take on the government very often...  I wish you all the best of luck to turn this around (as I know there are several of you here on this site!).. Push until you can't take it anymore!!!!  Best, Deirdre
