That's what my nurse told me as she tossed the empty bag this morning after my LAST chemo - woohoo!  My white counts finally dropped below the allowed treatment threshold as of this morning, but they let me get it anyway since it was the last one - whew!  I'm trying to get used to the idea that I finally get to pick myself up without the next chemo looming just ahead to knock me back down - hooray!

I haven't been on as often lately - the weather has been too beautiful.  I still check in almost everyday, though, to see how everyone is doing and offer encouragement where I can.  Thank you all so much for all that you've given me - can't imagine how much harder this would have been without you wonderful new friends to help me along the way.  Above all, I've been feeling so incredibly thankful today - for the great medical care was able to receive and for the incredible support of my family, friends, and workplace.

Oh, I forgot to add, we are celebrating in Florida, too!  We're leaving for a week in Disneyworld in 12 days - can't wait!

clariceak - Actually we're going to Disneyworld.  We had booked a trip for the end of November, but I ended up in chemo & trying to recover from surgery instead.  So we decided we'd make the trip up during the break between chemo and radiation.  I'm so glad we did.  Planning and looking forward to it has not only lifted all of spirits (my 5 year old was "packing" this morning - all the toys his bag would hold!), but has been a great distraction for me during this somewhat scary transition time.
