Recent mastectomy

I just had a mastectomy of the left breast on the 7th with immediate reconstruction, no expander was needed so silicone implant was used. Really no pain but muscles are very sore and tight. Is this normal? I still have not seen my breast since it is still wrapped very tightly and will be seeing my plastic surgeon on the 13th to hopefully have the drain removed and the bandages removed. Kinda scared to see the results. Any words of wisdom?
