* Avoid excessive meat consumption (particularly red meat). Avoid excessive fatty food. If you can turn vegan that would be great.
* Absolute NO to tobacco. Stay far away from secondary smoke.
* Alcohol consumption has to be in extreme moderation.
* Every day in the morning immediately on waking up drink at least 1 liter of water and do not eat or drink anything else for 30 minutes. This flushes all the toxins and poison from your body.
* After 30 minutes of water intake drink one cup of green tea along with one clove of garlic (or garlic extract pill) and one Turmeric Hills pill.
* Consume as much tomato as possible. It can be in any form like tomato sauce, ketchup, juice raw fruit etc.
* Broccoli is a wonder vegetable. It is known not only to prevent but also kill cancerous cells. Consume as much broccoli you can for at least 4 times a week. Do not pressure cook or microwave cook it. Take it raw and if you do have to cook it merely dip it in boiling water for not more than 10 minutes.
* Ensure that you do at least 150 minutes of aerobic activity every week.
