Circulating Tumor Cell Blood Test

Hi, I'm 48 years old, I just had a double mastectomy, I'm stage IIa, node negative, ER +, premenapausal, Oncotype DX test 42 (high). I will do Tomoxifen but had declined chemo, unitl I rec'd the oncotype DX result. Now second guessing myself, and I want to get the CTC blood test. Has anyone gotten this test? Does insurance pay for it?
