Breast Changes Normal?

I know that some of you other LCIS ladies have had more than one excisional biopsy and I have had a lumpectomy and an excisional biopsy on my right breast, last one was June of 09. I noticed in the mirror last night that the skin around the area of the biopsy has begun to have the look of an orange peel. Now I know that can mean something serious but..there is also a pretty good chunk of tissue gone and there is a medium sized divot that has been there since the biopsy.

Just wondering if anyone else has had changes like this, I really hate to run to the Dr. I just had an MRI in September...

I haven't had orange-peel symptoms, but 2 months after my breast excision (for LCIS) I saw there was a difference in my breast shape.  (There was a subtle shadow that wasn't there before. It developed over time.)  My nipple shifted direction (inches away from the incision for my breast excision).  I called my gyn, and, after several more ultrasounds and mammos over 10 months, ended up having a biopsy.  (The 'tree looking thing' (under ultrasound) shrank (I had also started tamoxifen.)

The biopsy showed scar tissue.  So I guess the BS went all over my breast (though my BS refused to look at her surgical notes, even though the radiologist asked her.)

I was NOT NOT NOT ridiculed for asking my doc (gyn NP) about this breast change at 2 months.  I have never had a breast MRI, so I don't know if that makes a difference. I also have classical LCIS (as you probably remember.)
