Broccoli can prevent many of the cancers including breast cancer. It doesn’t happen overnight. You have to take it lifelong on an ongoing basis for at least 4 times a week. Taking it raw is preferred but if you do have to cook it merely put broccoli in boiling water for not more than 10 minutes. Microwave cooking, high pressured cooking and cooking it beyond 10 minutes seem to nullify most of the beneficial properties of broccoli.
