a lump/bump question

I just had my check up with my oncologist and all was good, blood work was good etc. However this evening I noticed on my back on the bottom right side of my rib cage is a bump.  It's not a bump in that it protrudes, but when I run my hand over it and move the fat you can feel a difference in this area.  It doesn't really hurt.  I had my daughter feel it and she says she can feel it to.

Has anyone else had this? I tried to do a search but lump and bump showed way too much stuff on this site.

Call your oncologist's office and see if you should go back to have it checked. Keep you from stressing.
