Is metaplastic carcinoma w/ spindle cell features the same as

I am to start chemo in two days, my doctor is on passover vacation, but I must answer these 2 questions before I start chemo.  1)  are "metaplastic carcinoma with spindle cell features" the very same cancer as "spindle cell metaplastic carcinoma " 2) comparing Mayo Clinic, MD Anderson - Houston, and Memorial Sloan-Keitering, New York, who is thought to have the most knowledge of this type of rare breast cancer - I NEED A 2ND PATHOLOGY READING - PLEASE GIVE ME THE NAME OF A GOOD METAPLASTIC CARCINOMA BREAST CANCER PATHOLOGIST I am a 44 year old female in good health and shape.  In July of 2008, I had a pre-cancerous tumor of a different type of cancer removed from the same left breast.  I was recently diagnosed (with reviews by the Mayo clinic biopsy) with meta-plastic carcinoma with spindle cell features of the breast - in the left breast.  I am to start a treatment later this week, but as of now I have not received any form of chemo, radiation, etc.I want to start treatment IMMEDIATELY, but this site and my family are urging a second opinion of my slides.  - Please help
