    Hi everyone,

    I just found out this week that I have three nodules on my lungs (two on one side, one on the other).  In October, I finished 6 cycles of chemotherapy for breast cancer after having a bilateral mastectomy.  My oncologist has scheduled a PET scan for April 8 (soon as he could get me in).  Is it possible that this is cancer?  Is it also possible that it is and the chemo that I already had did not work for this cancer?  Hubby thought that maybe it wasn't cancer since I already had chemo and no improvement (had CT in July- 2 nodules, CT in December - no change, Ct last week - 3 nodules).  Give me your opinions, please?

    Precious,

    I don't have any wisdom about whether the nodules might be cancer, but I really hope not.  Hopefully one of the gals will have a more educated response than I have.  ANyway, just wanted you to know I was thinking about you.  Waiting for answers is the hardest part...hang in there.
