Has anyone else read this book..."Knockout" by Suzanne Sommers? I read it at a recommendation from a good friend and I found it to be so interesting and very informative. I would recommend it to anyone on this site to read...it sure gave me some weapons to use to fight this disease and prevent it from coming back again. I feel like it gave great information and I don't feel so helpless in fighting and preventing this disease. I really was skeptical about reading it at first, but am so glad I did because I now have a plan and so much hope for the future. Let me know if any of you have read and what you thought. Thanx!
