In His Time
Did you know that He carries you?
You are one of His lambs.
And He comforts and guides you
By his strong, loving hands.
He never grows weary
And won't turn you away.
He knows all Your heartaches,
And gives grace for each day.
He has walked through the valleys
Of darkness with you.
Have you given Him praise
For the trials you've come through?
Then look up and give Him thanks,
He is working out His plan.
Even though your load seems heavy,
In His time you'll understand. By Theo Cusato

Lesson of Faith
Until I learned to trust You, Lord,
Your strength I never knew.
Until my sorrows multiplied,
I seldom prayed to You.
It took the bitter sting of time,
Some empty, pain filled years,
To fall before Your throne of grace
And know You shared my tears.
Oh Lord, You sent me the storms to prove
You were my hiding place.
You've brought me glad, eternal joys,
Anointed me by grace.
Now that I've learned to fully trust
And come to You in prayer,
You've blessed me in my weakness, Lord,
By always being there. Gene Appleby

God Blessed Me Today
God already blessed me;
He blessed me today.
In many a wondrous
And kind, loving ways.
He sent me the birds
Their melodious song,
Sent me a rainbow from Heaven
Gave right to whats wrong.
He blessed me with sunshine,
He blessed me with rain
Gave courage, endurance
To conquer all pain.
There's nothing compares
With our Father above,
And all of His blessing
He giveth with love. By Katherine Matheney

Dear ladies, I need prayer NOW. I have had another episode like I did back in December. I was taking a bath and my skin started burning everywhere. My back and face and wrist were the worst. When I got out of the tub I looked like I had a horrible sunburn all over my back and arm and face.
The last time this happened I thought it was a reaction to a medical procedure where they gave me a local shot but I had blood work done last Wed and I doubt if it was a reaction to that. I won't be going swimming as planned and it feels a bit better. The last time I did this it was over two or three days and the burning and redness would last about 30 min and then it would be done.
I will see my pcp next Wed and I don't think he is going to have a clue. My prayer is that I could find the source of what is going on. Thank you.
Love,
Nancy

Father, I pray that you will heal Nancy of this terrible skin affliction right now. Remove her itchiness and redness, and give her relief. Please help her find the source so that she may avoid it in the future. Hold her tightly and give her peace. In your Holy Name.
-
Lord, we lift our sister, Nancy, up to You now and ask that You relieve her discomfort. Grant the doctors wisdom to correctly diagnose it so it may be prevented in the future. Take away the burning and replace it with Your healing balm of comfort. Thank You for Your loving care for her. Amen
-
Dear Jesus, I pray that you will heal and restore Nancy's skin. Please provide guidance and direction to her physicians as they figure out this ailment. Thank you for your loving kindness, Jesus. Amen.
-
Amen..
-
Heavenly Father, Please help Nancy with skin infection, that
Your healing arms of love will help her with pain. So the doctor
can help Your healing touch, with their wonderful ways You help
them to help Nancy. For we all love her so much. Amen

You Are The Potter
You are the potter, Oh Lord
We are the clay.
Mold us and make us
More like You every day.
Make us be patient,
Generous, loving, and kind.
Sow seeds in our hearts
Of Your Nature Divine.
Fashion us to be obedient
And follow Your Holy will.
Teach us to willingly receive
The gifts that You instill.
Help us to fulfill our purpose
On our earthly journey as we roam,
So that we can remain forever
With You in Your heavenly home.

Thank you ladies for your prayers. I really appreciate them. I don't have high hopes that any doctor will be able to figure this out. This time in some ways it was worse and in some ways better than back in Dec. when it happened. It affected much of my body this time and the burning sensation seemed worse. I didn't have chest pain and a fast heart rate which goofed up my thyroid production and it took a long time to even out last time. Hopefully it has not done that again. I think it is possibly a reaction to a toxin or an allergic reaction. Either one of those things could be going down a path of no return.
I have basically laid around all day and done nothing just to be sure nothing else was going to happen. I am highly sensitive to many things but I have never done anything like this until Dec.
I would appreciate your continued prayers as I think this could be a very difficult situation to pin down.
Have a good evening dear sisters.
Love,
Nancy
-
Dear Jesus please heal Nancy and reveal the source of this reaction. Love, Jean

I have had some of those issues in the past Bandwoman - It seemed to happen after radiation. Any time it warms up and the showers would make it worse. Also if your faucet or shower head has any mold spores, it can irritate. We are blessed with good well water here, but in cities they put additives like chlorine in the water. I have to use all unscented soaps and shampoos or I will break into a rash.
Dear Lord, I pray Bandwoman finds the source of her irratation. Please calm down the rash and I ask for you to open the doctors eyes and brain to solve this problem for her..... Amen.
-
Nancy, you have been in my prayers since I first read of your awful episode. I posted a prayer last night and somehow I just noticed it's not there but I wanted you toknow I've been praying. Joanne has some very good questions for you to think about. I will continue to pray for you to have an answer and no repeat of that episode.
Faith (in the future).

Expections
A babbling brook, a chirping bird,
A note of music yet to be hears.
Some say; " There is no God!"
A drop of rain, a falling leaf,
Children playing make believe.
Some say: " There is no God!"
A clear blue sky, a brilliant star,
A tiny moonbeam shining far.
Some say " There is no God!"
A laughing Child, as unshed tear,
The memory of a bygone year.
Some say: " There is no God!"
A soothing hand, a gentle sigh,
The Gates of Heaven, see them nigh.
Behold: Our God!

My Master walks beside me
Each day the whole year through.
He is the light that guides me
In every thing I do.
He's with me in the midst of roses
And with me in the midst of thorns;
He's with me in the sunshine
And with me through the storm.
In every changing season
His blessing come my way.
My special thanks I offer Him
Each and every day. God be with You, as He loves You soooooooooooo much!

Thank you all for your prayers and suggestions. This was not a rash but just bright red covering about 75% of my whole body. Since it happened in Dec as well that gives me some clues and possibly rules out others. I really highly doubt that any doctor is going to figure it out. I think it is going to be trial and error on my part to see if I can figure it out.
I do know my AI has magnified many things in my body and I will be on that for until the end of July 2019 unless my bone density scan coming soon shows bad things.
I have not done too much since this happened. I had an apt yesterday which I made. I am resuming swimming today and am praying nothing bad happens from the chlorine.
I have fibromyalgia and that is a whole set up things right there and could be related. I am putting on my Nancy Drew hat (for those old enough to know those books) and see what I can figure out.
Lisa, how are you doing?
Faith it is good to hear from you. How are you doing?
Debbie, thanks for reminding me that God is with us through the thorns.
Praying for you dear ladies.
Love,
Nancy

My Prayer
Lord, with earnest heart I pray,
Guide me, hold me, one more day.
With Your loving hand in mine,
Make me whole and pure and fine.
Along the road I walk today,
Guide my path and show the way.
Cleanse me now and make me whole--
Whole in body mind and soul.
Always, God I pray to thee;
Help me Lord, and walk with me.
The path is long, the road is steep--
I stumble, fall and often weep.
Help me to rise and walk today
With Your hope and love, that comes my way.
In all I do and all I see,
I feel Your presence there with me.
Lord, my God please guide my way.
Walk beside me every day. I love You Lord Amen

Isaiah 40:29-31 New International Version (NIV)
29 He gives strength to the weary
and increases the power of the weak.
30 Even youths grow tired and weary,
and young men stumble and fall;
31 but those who hope in the Lord
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

Nancy, I've always loved that Scripture. Thank you for posting and reminding me of God's immeasurable strength. He carries us through the storms.

My Hand In His
When life is bright and sunny
Or when the sky is gray,
It comforts me to know my God
Is never far away.
I cannot go beyond His reach
No matter where I roam.
I'm safely held in His care,
Away or here at home.
My hands secure in His each day,
I follow where He leads;
He knows the way and I'm assured
He will supply my needs.
When I must journey on from here,
I will not go alone;
He who safely guides will lead me
To my Heavenly Home

Solutions
When we have a problem
The solutions is at hand,
We can take it to the Master
For He'll always understand.....
The answer may be different
Than what we've planned or sought,
But in God's great wisdom
Some lessons have been wrought..
So we'll keep on praying,
Asking guidance on the way,
Knowing God will lead us
To the solutions right each day.
