Joint pain

So this makes no sense but just thought I would see if anyone else might have the same symptoms.  On Saturday I had a rash on my left breast next to my incision site.  I went to see my surgeon yesterday but he didn't seem concerned, thought it might just be from the steri-strips (it has been one month since my lumpectomy).  I have had a slight fever 99.1 for three days and now the joints in my fingers ache.  Seriously I doubt they are related but just thought I would throw it out there.  Oh and I had swelling in my breast as well on Saturday.  Thanks ladies.  Angi

How weird. I would normally say, "call your doctor" but he doesn't appear to have been much help!

My guess is that the finger-joint pain may be unrelated.

The rash and swelling could just be from the nerve endings healing and firing in a kooky way.

Is your breast still swollen?

Does Alleve or naproxen relieve the joint pain?

Are you taking any aromatase inhibitors yet?  I got trigger fingers from just three pills of Aromasin.
