Looking for 10 years+ BC survivors

my mom (age 50) is a BC survivor(10years +), diagnosed at jan 2000, T3N0M0, infiltrating duct cell carcinoma. received chemo (CMF)+radiation+ 5 years tamoxifen. now  she is quite OK. but little bit problem is that she cannot tolerate any medicines ( antibiotic, pain killer etc). she feels irritation and weakness if she takes those in case of necessary. her liver function, ultrasonogram of abdomen , chest x-ray, CT scan brain are ok. no symptoms of recurrence yet. despite that she is becoming physically weak day by day. i dont know, is there any chance of immunity degradation for long time (10 years +) survivors. do u have any knowledge or experiences regarding this pls share with me. i will b grateful to u. good luck
