I'm thinking about signing up for it and would love to hear from those of you who have done it before.  And those of you who are planning on doing one this year, how are you planning to train for it? I'm working out consitently 5-6 times a week, but my workouts are still mild I'd say, either 30-45min on the Eliptical, a 1-1:30h hike, or a bike ride.

Thanks!

Marcia

I did the 3 day in Atlanta last October. An incredible experience. I HIGHLY recommend it. I will be doing it again this year and hopefully for years to come!

I didn't start training until end of August, beginning of September. I ran about 3 miles pretty regularly at the time, but mainly did long walks on weekends with a friend who walked the 3 day with me. We would do mainly bet. 5 and 7 mile walks the month before, and the longest walk was a 10 miler. I felt very ready by the time the walk came around.

Which city are you walking in?
