Weight Watchers for ER+ people?

Does anyone know whether it's okay for ER+ people to eat the prepared Weight Watcher's meals?  I noticed that they all seem to contain soy, and the one I already ate today said "contains soy beans".  Makes me kind of nervous.  I am on Arimidex but I don't want to take any chances.  I posted this in the hormonals thread also.

Thanks.

There are lots of reasons not to eat those frozen meals.  Even if they don't have soy, the packaging can create estrogen like reactions.  I'm not sure how it works but I have been advised to avoid microwaving foods in plastic containers.  Before my diagnosis, I lived on all those frozen meals as a way of portion control.  I ate them for lunch every day.  Now it's fresh food only for me.  I decided to control the things I can and I can control what I eat.

I'm glad you brought this up. I eat those all the time and didn't notice the soy. I need to be more careful.
