Going to see Michelle! Steeny
Michelle has this amazing spirit that you can not explain. It will be an honor to meet her in person.
Polly and I are going the March 8th-11th. If anyone else wants to join us please let us know. Flights are pretty darn cheap, and we can find some cheap hotels.
I posted this on get togethers, but you know it doesnt get much action there, so here it is.
On a side note
I HATE THIS DAMN FUSKING DISEASE! MICHELLE IS AMAZING! BEAUTIFUL! FUN LOVING! AND CANCER FUXKING SUCKS!

I have been reading her updates on Facebook, it really is heartbreaking, and so fast. I hope you have a great time with her.
-
WoW cherneski, what a great thing you and Polly are doing to go see Michelle....She was part of our December rads group, which I had copied your post to let everyone there know what is going on with Michelle...Last we heard from her was right after her successful fishing tournament in Jan and she had started new treatment...This d-mn disease, really thought she was doing good...Such a fast and furious change for her, so unfair......
Michelle and I had had a few posts to each other about the Keys and such and she had invited me to come have a margarita with her on her dock....I may talk to my DH to see if we might drive down this weekend (we are in Merritt Island about 5 hrs away)...I like you feel as though I would love to meet Michelle.....I am sure she will love to meet such wonderful caring women such as yourself and Polly......Have a safe trip and in case I do not make it give her my very best, I just hate hate hate that she and everyone else is dealing with this horrible thief of somanywomen....
-
Somany~ Wow powerful words... this horrible thief. Yes that is what cancer is besides so many other terrible things a straight up thief. Hope you don't mind I will be borrowing that from time to time.
-
Powerful words and Powerful women and still no end in sight for this "horrible thief of somanywomen"...Borrow away my friend.....So wonderful of you to power-up and go see Michelle....Give her my best, she's been in my thoughts so much lately!!!...Just so da-n sad, I really thought she was on road to better days...I hope too that she has positive turn around so that I may meet her this summer.....Have a safe trip and keep us posted....If you would, send me pm with her address so that I might drop her a card in the mail....thank you

Pray for her to have peace please. Pray for her little boy Jack. Dear Lord Please take away her pain.

I am so sad to hear about Michelle. I've been following her updated posts on FB and it breaks my heart to know that she is in so much pain. No one deserves this but for it to progress so fast is just so unfair for her and her family.
Debi and Polly - What a wonderful thing you are doing for Michelle. I wish I could go too. Please give her a extra hug and kiss from me and also one to Jack. He is such a sweet little boy who needs his mommy.
I think of her everyday and she has been in my prayers every night.
