Visual Guide to Supplements Effectiveness

I'm a graphic designer, and I really love to see things that show us information in a visual way. I think people understand it better. A friend directed me to this site and specifically this interactive chart that shows the documented effectiveness of many supplements on a variety of conditions.

Read the introduction as it explains how they got the information used. Then click on the link for the interactive chart. It's fascinating...and so easy to understand!

Nancy~~ I just wanted to say that i found the site fascinating!  I keep coming back to it and then taking off on a tangent to check out one or another of the supplements.  Thanks for posting it.

Its a good way to display information.  Some subjectivity is no doubt involved in weighing evidence and deciding where to place the "worth it" line.
