CAF and nosebleeds

I just started CAF (or FAC) last Thursday and today I had my first nosebleed.  It wasn't really bad, but both sides bled.  Does anyone know what to do, besides using a humidifier, to help prevent them?

    I'll preface this by saying I've never had FAC, but I've had other chemos (AC, taxol, CMF, Abraxane) and every single time I've had nosebleeds.  I don't think it happens to everyone, but I don't think it is anything to worry about either.  You might try saline nose spray, but at the end of the day I don't think there is much that really helps.  If you have a bleed that won't stop, try puttting an ice pack to slow down the bleeding.

    I like Ayr Gel, an ointment you put in your nose.
