infraclavicular residual/recurrent cells

Has anybody had the experience of :
taking oral chemo now- for cells on masectomy site of 13 years ago...near collar bone...
now taking antibiotic for development/swelling /redness of part of it ..(fighting a small abscess beneath the skin)
