2nd lumpectomy may not be clear :(

I had my 2nd lumpectomy last Thursday to get clear margins, snb on right side and left excisional bx on left. At my post op Wed the only news finalized was good news and that is the nodes are negative. I had to wait 3 weeks for the final path report after the initial lumpectomy because i "a lot of unusual cell formations". Finally after 3 hospitals I got the results of IDC. Now it is more waiting. The pathologist needs the results of Brigham and Women's who finally figured out the dx so she can compare. Obviously, it is not just normal tissue, but my BS said it could just be scar tissue. I'm not too hopeful about that. Also, from the left excisional bx that is a question too. BS was sure after taking it out that it was a cyst...not so sure now. She was surprised weeks ago when I said I felt a lump because she said it would have shown up on the recent mammo and her exam. Well, it was there. I hope I can get results by next week. At least they have given me an appointment with the oncologist team for the 17th so I won't have to wait further for an appointment after the path report comes back.
