No Stage 1 and 2 Forum Not Showing Up

In the Forum drop down menu, the stage 1 and 2 forum does not show up unless I find my way by another way - such as clicking on a member name or from the active threads.

Does anyone else have this problem?

I find it in the pull-down menu at the very bottom of the list.  I'm new, so don't know any other way to find it.  Hope this helps!
