Where is Connie?

It has been over a month since Connie (cmharris59, creator of the single & no children thread) posted. In her last posts, ten days or so before Christmas, she was very sad about having lost one of her cats, and she was about to go into the hospital for her DIEP reconstruction. She lives alone, far from her family, and as of her last post she did not have anyone lined up to help take care of her as she recovered from surgery.
I am worried about her. Is anyone in touch with her?
