Today is MY Birthday

Hi ladys today is my 45 BD 2 and a half year survivor,and doing great.I'm on arimidex,other then aches and pain and dont sleep good,but other then that i'm doing good.I just want to thank every one here,You got me through a rough road....I love you all..........godbless roxy

Happy Birthday .... I too ---- turned 45 this month on the 16th. I am 3 yrs out from diagnosis and will be seeing my oncologist tomorrow Tues - for my 6 th month visit and mammo ...

I see you are taking arimidex...... did u take Tamoxifen prior to the arimidex. I was wondering what determined the switch . It is one thing I will be asking tomorrow since I have been on Tamoxifen since July 2007, and without a period since Dec 2006 ..... maybe I'm ' menopausal ' due to chemo and I too should be making the switch over to arimidex ????

Happy Birthday, Roxy!! My birthday is Thursday.......and I'm having surgery on Friday for a lumpectomy. Just got the diagnosis last Wednesday.....so I'm still trying to absorb it all. But I know it's going to be okay. My 35 year old daughter had breast cancer 4 years ago and is doing very well today!!

Thank you......I was on tomox fore a year and it made me sick,so they put me on arimidex,this is one tough drug but it works.I had a large tumor and node pos,so i will push through all these side affects if it will keep the beast at bay.I have three more years on it........godbless.....roxy...Now i'm going to eat my cheese cake fore my BD........love ya.
