Night Sweats

Hi ladies, my hot flashes keep up waken most of the night, my sex drive is nil and i feel worn out all the time. I dont mean this in a bad way but it is so good to hear you all have the same problem cos i thought i was the only one. Have you any advice for me

kjbell - I'm interested in acupuncture, but I assume it's ongoing?  Just wonder how often you'd have to go first to see results, then to keep up the results?

Hi Siona, I had terrible night sweats when I was going through chemo. I am now a survivor and was a caregiver to my father who had similar symptoms. Sage is one of the many remedies for night sweats.
