    There is a clinical trial that is looking at CYP2D6 metabolizer status and endoxifen levels.  This is potentially a way to see if tamoxifen is appropriate for intermediate metabolizers.  I haven't talked to the study people yet to find out details; but I plan to.  If any of you beat me to it, please post what you learn.

    In addition to Mount Sinai, I believe Mayo is also running a similar study.
