OK I need to start downloading. I loved "The Climb" and was given "Run for Life" but still don't have it downloaded because it is such a strong reminder. I'm googling "No One Else" as soon as I log off of this.

"It's Not My Time"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qpfhcljJ9bQ
"It's Not My Time"
Looking back at the beginning of this
And how life was
Just you and me loving all of our friends
Living life like an ocean
But now the current's only pulling me down
It's getting harder too breath
It won't be to long and I will be going under
Can you save me from this?
Cause it's not my time I'm not going
There's a fear in me it's not showing
This could be the end of me
And everything I know
Oh but I won't go
I look ahead to all the plans that we made
And the dreams that we had
I'm in a world that tries to take them away
Oh but I'm taking them back
Cause all of this time I've just been too blind to understand
What should matter to me
My friends this life we live, it's not what we have
It's what we believe in
Cause it's not my time I'm not going
There's a fear in me but it's not showing
This could be the end of me
And everything I know
But it's not my time I'm not going
There's a will in me and now I know that
This could be the end of me
And everything I know
Oh but I won't go
I won't go
There might be more than you believe
(There might be more than you believe)
There might be more than you can see
But it's not my time I'm not going
There's a fear in me it's not showing
This could be the end of me
And everything I know
But it's not my time I'm not going
There's a will in me and now it's gonna show
This could be the end of me
And everything I know
Oh
There might be more than you believe
(There might be more than you believe)
There might be more than you can see
But I won't go
No I won't go down

Mine is Mariah Carey's "Hero" I really like the chorus:
"And then a hero comes along, with the strength to carry on,
And you cast your fears aside, and you know you can survive
So when you feel like hope is gone,
Look inside you and be strong
And you'll finally see its true
That a hero lies in you!"
Go ladies!!!

Mariah Carey "Through the Rain"...awesome lyrics!!

Wow... I love this.....some new songs I have to check out......
I definitely had fight songs going through the first two years.....I just had to have something that when things looked dim I could listen to and snap out of it....
I liked tough as already mentioned....but what really got me out of the tailspin was "If you are going through hell"......it just got me quickly in the right state of mind.

Calling All Angels by Train. I just heard it yerterday while I was sitting around work feeling hopeless lol It made me feel better.
Some of the lyrics:
"I need a sign to let me know you're here
'Cause my TV set just keeps it all from being clear
I want a reason for the way things have to be
I need a hand to help build up some kind of hope inside of me " -
I had Calling All Angels on my ipod right after I was dx. (before surgery) I would be on the ellip for an hour plus and would play this song over & over sweating so much that no one knew if I sweating or crying.
